Three screens, one spine: This month → Ideas → Make → Send. The design itself tells the freelancer where she is and what's next — no training, no instructions in the page.

The design decisions

One rail on every screen — the freelancer always knows which of the four steps she's in. It's structure, not decoration.
No stat dashboards. "Needs Work: 4" is anxiety, not a guide. The calendar and the outbox show the actual work.
One primary action per screen. On Make it's "Send to Postiz"; on Send it's "Start a post". Everything else is quiet.
Status by shape and word, together. A pill says "Scheduled" or "In progress" — never "Handed to Postiz as scheduled drafts".
Email and social are siblings. Same ideas, two doors, one flow. The owner's "clean path from ideas to email and to social" is explicit.
Period tools are first-class. Carry unfinished ideas forward, or clear the board — the two things an owner actually does between months.
